Steve Ottosen, Builder

Steve is a fourth generation home builder who brings 30+ years of hands-on building and development experience to the table. He has worked as a framer, a roofer, a form setter, a construction superintendent, a construction manager, a builder, a developer, and a Real Estate Consultant to builders. In addition, he has worked for five years with national builders as a New Home Consultant.

He is a graduate of the University of Houston, (BBA), and a graduate of the Real Estate Institute, (GRI), and proudly displays the credentials of a Certified New Home Sales Professional, (CSP). Steve holds a State of Texas Broker's License, and has been nationally recognized by the Sales and Marketing Council of the National Association of Home Builders as Sales Manager of the Year.

Steve knows new homes and nothing gives him a greater sense of accomplishment than being able to use this experience to help families fulfill their dreams.
